Welcome

The Victim Assistance Academy for North Dakota (VAAND) offers a rare opportunity to live, work, study, and interact with allied professionals who routinely work with victims of crime.  This course provides fundamental, academic, and skills based training.

The VAAND fulfills the need of a centralized training center for professionals in the field of victim services and addresses the obstacles facing professionals pertaining to training. As modeled from other state victim academies, the VAAND has a partnership with MSU as the central training location for North Dakota.
